The bArctic® Light Therapy Dog Shirt converts sunlight into healthy, red and near-infrared light through the science of laser physics and optics. The fabric then emits these healthy wavelengths of light — the same light that veterinarians use in laser treatments for dogs to speed wound healing, reduce joint and muscle pain and inflammation, reduce anxiety, and much more. Works When Dry
By converting sunlight and emitting healthy, red and near-infrared light that is absorbed into the body, the energy of the sun isn’t trapped in our Coolvio® fabric, hair, fur, or skin. Sunlight itself is not hot, it is only when light energy is trapped that mid and far infrared heat (not light) is generated. Our Coolvio® fabric doesn’t require water like other dog cooling shirts that rely solely on water evaporation. So this cooling shade effect lasts all day long, without the weight or hassle of water!
Works When Wet
Coolvio® fabric technology still works if the bArctic® gets wet and stays lightweight, stretchy and maintains fit, much like a swimming suit. When wet, our technology is combined with natural evaporative cooling for an additional pop of coolness with only a few ounces of water!

The chest mesh fabric is made to meet military specifications and also has antimicrobial and moisture-wicking properties. The bArctic® shirt fabric is lightweight, breathable, stretchy and washes easily too!
