  • Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday
  • Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays
  • Different shipping methods are available based on the delivery location. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order
  • Some orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses

Domestic Shipments

  • Available on all shipments with destinations in any of the 48 contiguous United States — Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included.
  • We process and ship orders for Free USPS Mail on Monday — Thursday only.
  • Orders received before 7AM EST Monday — Thursday will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders received after 7:00 AM EST Monday — Wednesday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders received after 7:00 AM EST on Thursday —Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
  • Orders placed using Free USPS First Class Mail are typically delivered within 3—7 business days.

  • UPS Worldwide Saver®: Delivery is guaranteed on the next business day to Canada and for documents to Mexico, the second business day to Europe and Latin America and within two to three business days to Asia. Rates include door-to-door delivery with routine, in-house, customs clearance by UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
  • UPS Worldwide Express®: Delivery is guaranteed on the next business day to Canada, the second business day to Europe and Latin America and within two to three business days to Asia.

International Taxes and Duties

All international shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and clearing by your government. Customers are fully responsible for paying all of these costs. here are no refunds or replacements for refused or abandoned international shipments.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order details and tracking information. The tracking information will allow you to easily monitor your package and estimated delivery date. Non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders, lost orders due to an incorrect shipping address will not be replaced or refunded. There are no refunds or replacements for refused or abandoned International shipments. If your package does not show up, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@coolvio.com.

Shipping Delays

We will do our best to assist our customers if shipping delays should occur due to issues with the carrier or customs. If this happens to your parcel, we apologize for this in advance. Once it reaches the carrier or customs, the shipping process is unfortunately out of our control.

Order Cancellation

In order to meet our guaranteed delivery dates, we try to process and package orders very quickly. Once we start processing your order, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
